Debbie Woledge and Pierre Turner worked together for a total of 16 years prior to Invicta Investigation being formed and during that time had considerable inter agency liaison with the Crown Prosecution Service, Social Services, Kent Fire Brigade, The National Health Service, Her Majesty’s Courts Service and other similar bodies, often devising systems later adopted as ‘best practice’ throughout the organisations.
Debbie Woledge
Debbie Woledge completed 30 years of service with Kent Police. She is an extremely experienced detective having spent 26 years in the field of criminal investigation. During this time she worked on several high profile murder cases and spent 7 years investigating commercial fraud including acting as deputy to the officer in the case of an international property based fraud investigation involving assets of more than £160 million.
Following the review of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) by the Rt. Hon. Iain Glidewell and the publishing of his report in June 1998, Debbie was appointed to explore and evaluate the possibility of installing police personnel in the Kent CPS to improve efficiency within the Criminal Justice System. She conducted a full and comprehensive review culminating in the presentation of a detailed 23 page report recommending the appointment of Case Progression Officers. They were duly appointed.

Pierre Turner
Pierre Turner completed 34 years police service and has 30 years experience in criminal investigations ranging from minor thefts through to complex company and mortgage frauds, sexual offences, robbery, rape, kidnapping and murder.
Examples of these are:
- A multi-million pound mortgage, company and bridge loan fraud case involving in excess of forty defendants resulting in several substantial prison sentences.
- A joint investigation with the Education Authority into improper practices which resulted in restructuring of existing procedures.
- Joint ongoing investigations with a Local Authority into benefit fraud.
- Joint investigation with the Fire Brigade including statement training.
He has received a number of commendations for his investigative work, including two from High Court Judges in respect of murder and complex fraud enquiries.
His last position with the police involved managing a Case Management Unit responsible for 17 staff engaged in case file preparation, review and disclosure. This position also involved an investigative fraud workload and the training of outside agency Criminal Justice partners including
- H.M. Courts Service.
- N.H.S.
- Kent Fire Brigade.
- Local Authorities
He retired in December 2009 having been a Detective Sergeant since 1994.
